FFY 2027 Federal Aid Transportation Grant Applications Approval of a resolution expressing the willingness to apply for federal-aid funds and allow staff to submit applications for 80% federal 20% local matching grants through the Federal Highway Administration, the Arkansas Department of Transportation and the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission. Grant projects include the Highway 112 Tunnel, Mission Blvd. Trail extension, Old Wire Road Lighting, Millsap Rd. & College Ave Intersection, North Street corridor, and the Huntsville Road corridor.
