Roll called by Chair Berg. x:
hair Berg declared a quorum present and announced the meeting was being recorded by the city.
The October 25, 2025 minutes were approved.
The official seal of the Public Facilities Board was approved.
The resolution to approve the BTV bond was approved to be presented to the City Council Agenda meeting on
December 9, 2025 with Chair Berg agreeing to present to City Council.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 pm.
As approved by the Public Facilities Board at its February 18, 2026 meeting.
