NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves the request by Carl George for an extension of the City’s sewerage system beyond the city limits to her property located at 3292 East Skillern Road upon payment of the necessary tapping fee and any other costs required to make the sewer connection. Skillern Rd. in Washington County. BACKGROUND: Sewer service for a proposed new single-family home in Washington County has been requested at 3292 E. Skillern Rd. A sewer main extension across Skillern Road from Charleston Xing would be required to service this property. DISCUSSION: Per City of Fayetteville Code §51.113(C), City Council approval is necessary for any sewer connections outside the corporate city limits of Fayetteville, Farmington, Greenland, or Johnson.
