APPROVAL OF MINUTES (0:00:13 – 0:04:06)
• September 18th, 2025 - Motion to approve by Hopper. Seconded by Rost. Approved unanimously.

NEW BUSINESS (0:29:00 – 1:09:48)
• Non-Aeronautical Use of T-Hangars (0:29:00)
o Rabren presented updated definitions from the FAA regarding appropriate use of hangars
and asked for the Board’s opinion on several examples of current hangar tenants. The board
discussed the FAA’s updated policy and suggested a Community Cleanup event as a method
to achieve compliance. No action taken.

o The board adjourned and toured Jett’s facility, which included a tour of their aircraft fleet
and general discussion about Jett’s operations.
