Roll called by Chair Berg. Marjo Burk was not in attendance.
Chair Berg announced the meeting was being recorded by the city.
The July 25, 2025 minutes were passed.
Mr. Fowler explained the remote attendance policy and the Board all voted to adopt this policy.
Mr. Fowler gave an explanation of Public Facilities Boards and the role of this Board.
Sara Moore of the Fayetteville City Council joined the meeting remotely and discussed multi -family housing
and the role our board will be involved in some instances.
Mr. Fowler discussed the Low Income Tax Credit with the Board.
Mr. Fowler discussed Butterfield Trail Village bond and it was determined that the issue was not ready for a
vote from the Board.
The next meeting date was set for October 29, 2025 at 4 pm.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 pm.
As approved by the Public Facilities Board at its October 29, 2025 meeting.
