PASSED AND SHALL BE RECORDED AS RESOLUTION NO. 26-22. 5. 2022-1134 RFQ 21-01, Garver, LLC: A resolution to approve a professional engineering services agreement with Garver, LLC in the amount of $75,300.00, pursuant to RFQ # 21-01, selection 12, for design services to address maintenance issues associated with the East Lake Sequoyah Drive Bridge. PASSED AND SHALL BE RECORDED AS RESOLUTION NO. 27-22. 6. 2022-0009 Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission: A resolution to approve a one-year contract with the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission in the amount of $41,812.00 for a Stormwater Education Program for 2022 to satisfy portions of the NPDES Phase II Stormwater permit requirements.
