Rd./Meadows at Stonebridge Sd): An ordinance to approve a Residential Planned Zoning District entitled R-PZD 21-003 for approximately 51.33 acres located at 2390 South Dead Horse Mountain Road to allow the development of 168 residential lots and 1 mixed use lot. At the April 20, 2021 City Council meeting this item was left on the First Reading. At the May 4, 2021 City Council meeting this item was left on the Second Reading.
