Arkansas Department of Transportation: A resolution to approve an agreement of
understanding with the Arkansas Department of Transportation for the reconstruction of a section

additional documents as necessary to utilize $150,000.00 in Federal-Aid Funds through the
Recreational Trails Program, and to approve a budget adjustment to recognize the revenue.

left on the First Reading. At the January 5, 2021 City Council meeting this item was left on the
second reading. At the January 19th, 2021 City Council meeting this item was tabled until the
next City Council meeting.

bidding and approve a contract with T2 Systems Canada, Inc. through December 31, 2021, with
automatic renewals for up to three additional one year terms for the continued use of Software
and Services required for the City’s Parking Pay Stations in the amount of $100.00 per pay station
per month plus applicable taxes.
