BACKGROUND: Asset 393 (WSEW_F033) 2017 Ford F550 15/15 points. Asset 3000 (WSEW_F086) 2017 Ford F550 15/15 points. DISCUSSION: Units 393 and 3000 have both required costly repairs resulting in significant downtime. They serve as shared trucks for the Water, Sewer, and Construction crews within the Water & Sewer Department. Due to their high utilization and critical role as frontline assets, Fleet Operations recommends their immediate replacement. BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT: Unit 393 is not a budgeted replacement; however, unit 3000 is included in the approved replacement schedule.
