City Clerk,Kara Paxton,swore in Marjo Burk and Charlie Watson
Mr.Fowler discussed the reorganization requirements of the board.
The board was introduced.Motions to elect Aaron Berg as president.Charlie Watson as Vice Chair,Marjo
Burk as Treasurer and Leslie Ferguson as Secretary were seconded and unanimously approved.
Mr Fowler discussed the need for the board to approve the refinancing of bonds for Butterfield Trail Village
and the boards role in issuing new bonds for elderly and low income housing.
The reorganization of the Public Facilities Board also addressed the vacant position.Chair Berg offered to find
a new board member.
The board set the next meeting for September 23,2025 at the City of Fayetteville with the understanding that at
least three members would be present,others to join virtually.This special;meeting will be set for the
consideration of Butterfield Trail Village bonds.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:40 on July 25,2025.
