BUILDING FOR $437.00 PER MONTH FOR THE FIRST YEAR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a three-year lease agreement
with Skytime Aviation, LLC for approximately 297 square feet of office space in the airport terminal building for
$437.00 per month for the first year, $450.00 for year two and $464.00 for year three.

SUBJECT: Airport Office Lease - Skytime Aviation LLC
RECOMMENDATION:
The Aviation Division requests a resolution to approve and allow the Mayor to sign a lease agreement between
the City of Fayetteville and Skytime Aviation, LLC for approximately 297 square feet of office space in the
Terminal Building located at 4500 S School Ave. This is a three-year lease agreement.
BACKGROUND:
Earlier this year, the Aviation Division relocated from their offices on the east side of the terminal building. Due
to multiple interested parties, an RFP was created for the former Aviation Division offices. This lease
represents office space that will be vacated by a current tenant as part of the RFP award.
DISCUSSION:
Skytime Aviation is currently a hangar tenant of Drake Field, but does not have an office lease. They offer
specialized flight instruction in several aircraft types. To meet growing demand and offer better service to the
public, Skytime has requested office space in the terminal building.
BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT:
Skytime Aviation will pay $437 per month for approximately 297 square feet of office space. The lease includes
a 3% annual adjustment, reflected as $450 per month for year two and $464 per month for year three.
