I. Call to order at 8:30am

A. Finalist CEO candidate interviews – Presentation and Q&A

B. Chair Moya reconvened the commission at 1pm and asked if there was a
motion to move to an executive session to discuss the CEO candidates.
Commissioner Sanderson made a motion to go into executive session
which was seconded by Commissioner Hunt.
C. The executive session ended at 1:20 pm with the commission welcoming
candidate Ryan Hauck to an interview. Interviews with Bill Solleder and
David Johnson followed.
D. At the conclusion of the interviews, Commissioner Sanderson made a
motion to go into an executive session to discuss the candidates which
was seconded by Commissioner Kinney.
E. The commission concluded the executive session at 4:42pm.
F. Chair Moya called the meeting to order of the A&P commission.
Commissioner Wiederkehr made a motion that the commission authorize
Chair Moya to enter into negotiations of an employment contract with a
selected candidate, Ryan Hauk. Commissioner Sanderson seconded the
motion.
All commissioners voted in favor of the motion.
IV. Adjourn
A. Commissioner Kinney moved to adjourn with Commissioner Hamilton
seconding the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 4:55pm.
