Dear City Council members,
Please support the amendments to our City code that add requirements for new developments aimed at student
housing. The new private dormitory requirements are much needed. These changes are especially important
to University Heights in order to stop the various attempts to place large student housing projects in our historic,
residential neighborhood. This has been a long struggle for us.
Thank you for caring about Fayetteville’s residential neighborhoods and for your support.
