Hello All,
As a long time resident of Fayetteville and lifetime resident of NW Arkansas, I am writing to you to consider the parking
reduction reform.
The parking minimum regulation in our city code is hindering responsible growth and housing for all. An emergency
addition to the ordinance is needed to implement parking reduction requirements and encourage responsible
development.
We have a unique logistical situation in our city and it requires creative solutions to address responsible growth that
benefits the community.
