Good morning,
I have made Fayetteville home for the past 23 years. I am writing to encourage support for ordinance review and
reform.
To foster responsible housing density and housing for all, we must reform our zoning regulations, specifically the parking
reduction requirements in city code. An emergency addition to the ordinance is crucial, and the parking minimum
regulation needs immediate revision.
