Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Our zoning regulations desperately need parking reduction requirement reform. I implore the council to consider this an emergency addition to the ordinance, as responsible housing density and housing for all depend on addressing parking minimum regulation immediately. In addition, the long-term residents of Fayetteville deserve a code revision relating to the massive, student-only privately owned dormitories (“apartments”) that overrun our downtown.
