Subject:Parking Regulation Hindering Housing for All

Our zoning regulations desperately need parking reduction requirement reform. I implore the council to consider this an
emergency addition to the ordinance, as responsible housing density and housing for all depend on addressing parking
minimum regulation immediately.
In addition, the long-term residents of Fayetteville deserve a code revision relating to the massive, student-only
privately owned dormitories (“apartments”) that overrun our downtown. They push the long-term residents out of their
own city down town.
