Fayetteville Meeting Minutes BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Housing Authority AGENDA SESSION — FEBRUARY 13, 2025, 5:00 PM
Call to Order
The Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners Agenda Session was called to order on
Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 5pm via Zoom
Roll Call Commissioners Moore, Humphrey, Wood were present, forming quorum. Also present were
Executive Director Tapley, members of the public and local news station.
Approval of the Agenda Chair Moore motioned to approve the agenda as presented for the Regular
Session. Commissioner Wood seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Action Items
A. Resolution 1339: FHA Board meeting schedule adjusted to remove agenda sessions and shift
regular sessions around holidays and planned absences. Chair Moore emphasized that the board
is a governing body and should rely on Executive Director Tapley's experience for operations.
Chair Moore motioned to approve the resolution as presented, seconded by Commissioner
Wood. The motion passed unanimously.
Final Comments & Announcements
A. The February Regular Session will be hybrid with in -person to facilitate the attendance of HUD
representatives.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 pm.
