NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby amends § 114.02 Farmer's Market be enacting a new (K) Services that would be of benefit as a complement for the Farmer's Market as follows: "(K) Services that would be of benefit as a complement for the Farmer's Market. Services that would be of benefit as a complement for the Farmer's Market are allowed if approved by Rural Mountain Producer Exchange Board." Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby amends § 114.02 Farmer's Market be enacting a new (L) Personal care products as follows: "(L) Personal care products. Personal care products including soaps and lotions handcrafted by local artisans may be offered for sale."
