About the new “truth in leasing” agenda being brought up, I’m not seeing how this helps the current situation of the
high cost of living and low wages. It doesn’t equal out and in the end we are still suffering because we are forced to
struggle. Putting into law this issue does nothing. They will only put on lease it’s subject to change, not list it all, or tag it
onto the new lease. Don’t forget this is for Fayetteville, what about Springdale and the surrounding cities? Are they
going to do the same? If not the landlords might just go over there were they’re isn’t any ordinance. The landlords here
do what the want while tenants have no rights. This does nothing.
