Hello City Councilmembers,
Thank you for your service to the community. Please approve this appeal unanimously as you did in
November. It's a great development that creatively uses gentle density to preserve more trees and open
space, and to better handle stormwater. You may hear public comment about stormwater runoff
concerns, and the great thing is that this PZD addresses just that very issue!
