I would like to comment on Appeal: PZD-2024-0005 coming before the city council meeting this
evening. I watched the Planning Commission meeting when this item came up and I think it's exactly the
kind of housing development needs. It would be much better than a large sprawling housing
development that we see so much in Western Fayetteville or worse in Springdale or Tontitown. I'm
familiar with the developer/planner and I know they have done great projects around town in the past. I'm
very confident this would be a great addition to the city and not "sprawl" as was described in the PC
meeting.
