Amanda Reyer was absent. Approval of Meeting Agenda (6:01)  Motion to approve agenda by Chloe Bell seconded by Jessica Debari, approved Approval of the Minutes (6:01)  The December 19th minutes were reviewed and motion to approve by Emily Miller seconded by Chloe Bell, approved. Arts Council Election (6:02)  Emily Miller nominated Chloe Bell as Chair, Mary Sue Price seconded, approved unanimously.  Chloe Bell nominated Emily Miller as Vice Chair, Jessica Debari seconded, approved unanimously. Arts and Culture Plan Updates—Joanna Bell (6:04)  City council plans meet to adopt the plan on January 21st at 5pm. The Arts and Culture plan will be the first item of new business. A Zoom link will be available with a registration link.  A public art policy subcommittee to provide support and formalize relationship with the PNRCAAB. Mary Sue Price volunteered to subcommittee with Jessica Debari. The goal to be done with policy review by first half of the year and present to arts council in April. The meeting will be held virtually on February 4th.  Ellen Woodson updated the council on the return of Artspace to NWA. They will be hosting a public meeting in early February to bring art leaders to push Artspace projects forward. Work Plan Report (6:18)  The West Avenue Garage Wall meeting to discuss theming and find a good artist match. City council, Downtown Fayetteville, civilians, and Arts Council will all be present. Bob Stafford volunteer to be Arts Council representative. Agar LLC will be coming for a site visit with results at the March meeting.  The Upper Ramble fence call will be expanded to 400 ft. of construction fence to cover North and South end of Plaza. The photography call response will be reviewed in subcommittee chaired by Amanda Reyer, Mary Sue Price and Emily Miller will assist.  The call will be out for three weeks with discussion in February.  Nelson Hackett call will go out February 20th. The special committee will meet before the march meeting (tentative March 5th at 5:00pm over Zoom). Jessica Debari and Ellen Woodson subcommittee  A call for Ramble activations to be discussed. Budget constraints present.  Motion to approve budget options by Emily Miller, Jessica Debari seconded, approve.  Application for Upper Ramble Activation presentation at next meeting.  Chloe Bell to subcommittee activation with Mary sue Price and Abigail Hill. Notes from the Field/Opportunities/Current Calls for Artists (6:37)  Arkansas Arts Council still have individual artist’s grants available. Other Business and Public Comment  There were no attendees for public comment. The meeting was adjourned at 6:41.
