BACKGROUND: Expansion unit 849 (WSEW_F121) will be a 2025 Bobcat E60 R2 Series with attachments as approved with the FY25 budget. Expansion unit 9362 (PRKS_F087) will be a Bobcat flail attachment to be used with existing equipment. 5090 (PRKS_F011) is a 2019 Hustler Super Z mower with 13.6 points 5102 (PRKS_F066) is a 2020 Hustler Super Z mower with 15 points 5107 (PRKS_F016) is a 2021 Hustler Super Z mower with 15 points 5108 (PRKS_F017) is a 2021 Hustler Super Z mower with 15 points 5110 (PRKS_F014) is a 2021 Hustler Super Z mower with 15 points DISCUSSION: Expansion unit 849 will be used in the new Water Sewer construction crew for water PE line replacement. Expansion unit 9362 will be a bobcat flail attachment to prune limbs and overgrowth away from the trail. Parks currently do not have a piece of machinery that they can utilize for this and they have to perform the work by hand, which is very time-consuming and taxing on personnel. All (5) mowers will be replaced with like mowers for the Parks Maintenance division. BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT: All the attached units have been fully budgeted for by Fleet Operations. These assets were unanimously approved at the December 10th Equipment Committee.
