City Council Representatives Please add the following sub-section (3) to 172.05 - Standards For The Number Of Spaces By Use. (3) Residential Use s located inside the two Tier 1 Centers, within a half mile radius of the Tier 2 and 3 Centers, within the one quarter mile radius of the two High Activity Corridors and within the 71B Transit Corridor as depicted on the Growth Concept Map there shall be no minimum number of spaces required for residential use. The maximum number of spaces shall be limited based on the ratios in Table 3 and the allowable increases over the baseline ratio as described in subsection 172.05. The applicant shall provide a statement or parking analysis indicating how they will provide adequate parking for the proposed non-residential use to succeed without negatively impacting adjacent properties or creating or compounding a dangerous traffic condition. Note: The purpose of this amendment includes the incentivizing of residential development within the Tier Centers, High Activity Corridors and the 71B Transit Corridor as depicted on the Growth Concept Map as the 2040 City Plan has strategically designated them as Pedestrian-friendly and Transit Oriented Areas.
