Roll Call b. Carlo will have to wait until the end of the first quarter to rejoin UFAB officially, he was unavailable for the interviews. c. Tas missed the deadline to reapply. d. We need to elect a new Chair and Vice Chair or set a new date to vote on the chair. 2. Introductions to New Members- Kate Shirley 3. Recommended Tree List 4. Approval of Meeting Minutes - a. The minutes are Video Archived. The committee approved the motions for the previous month's meeting. Set up additional presenters and brainstorm ideas for knowledge sharing for 2025. Or do we want to change this up? It doesn’t have to be a plant; it could be a code, a case study, etc. The goal here is to share i. Board Member Presentation of the Month - 1. Donation Trees - i. I have five donation trees that need to be planted in the fall. ii. Two at Washington Elementary have died already. iii. Potential for collaboration for tree planting. 8. 2025 Projects a. Emerald Ash borer Plan in January. b. Invasive Planting bound in February and March. c. Tree week in April d.
