Call to Order - a. Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes - a. The minutes are Video Archived. The committee approved the motions for the previous month's meeting. Set up additional presenters and brainstorm ideas for knowledge sharing for 2025. Or do we want to change this up? It doesn’t have to be a plant; it could be a code, a case study, etc. The goal here is to share i. Board Member Presentation of the Month - 1. December- Bethany Douglas 2. Next Months? 3. Urban Forestry Management Plan Status and Discussion a. The City Council will vote on December 4th to approve/deny the final plan—Update. After this meeting, I will present to the council.
