My wife and I are small business owners here in Fayetteville and I serve on the Historic District Commission. I'd like to voice my support for the Appeal: PZD-2024-0005 item on tonight's agenda. I feel this kind of dense development is what we need more of in Fayetteville. I realize it's on the Northwestern edge of the city limits and has been called "sprawl". But I feel the alternative is this development would wind up being building Elkins or Farmington or even further out creating even more driving and commuting.
