Please do not adopt the amendment to permit Use Unit 38 Mini Storage Units as a Condi?onal Use in the UC Urban
Corridor Zoning District. Mini Storage Units are typically designed as a pedestrian hostel environment. The current
Condi?onal Use Regula?ons do not adequately insure pedestrian-friendly developments.
Please do not consider amending 161.36 without also amending the Condi?onal Use Regula?ons to insure that Mini
Storage Units are designed as pedestrian-friendly.
