Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Mayor and City Councilmembers, I am requesting your support for Appeal: PZD-2024-0005. Just as city staff concluded in their report, this development is not suburban sprawl. The developer currently has the right to proceed under the current RSF-4 zoning and build a 160-unit subdivision by grading the entire property - with no land preservation included. Rather, this proposed PZD plans smaller lots that provide the same housing supply, but instead with the preservation of open space in stormwater and steep slope areas on the property. This is a good example of how compact, connected development goes hand-in-hand with the preservation of natural areas and is core to Fayetteville's values. Thank you for your consideration. Cheers, David Criswell Ward 4 2437 W Honey Ln 1
