Mayor and members of city council:
I am writing to express my disapproval of this proposed subsection as it is currently written. It is a well-intentioned rule that
would provide separation from tall buildings along College Avenue and shorter buildings in single-family districts, and
many cities around the country have similar rules in the zoning and development code. However, I would like to request
that this item be looked at further and worked out with the planning commission and any other necessary city departments
or committees. Please deny the request.
