To whom this may concern,
I strongly support rezoning this parcel. A cafe in this area will increase the walkability and a?rac?veness of not only the
park, but the residen?al houses nearby. I, and many of my like-minded friends and colleagues, would love to be able to
walk or bike to this local business with our families and friends, rather than driving to another part of town.
