All,
I support this item as it is consistent with the vision of a traditional, compact development pattern
adopted by the City Council in City Plan 2040. My great-grandfather was able to walk from his house to
the neighborhood cafe that his neighbor ran and I want the same personal form of development provided
by mixed use in our community. Things like this can facilitate repeated and meaningful human
connection in a neighborhood and God knows we need more of that. Please support this rezone request.
