The Commission will be provided lunch at 12:30pm and Chief Reynolds will present his request
for consideration at 1:00pm.
1. Consider a request under Civil Service Commission Rules & Regulations Article 1:09 and
A.C.A. 14-51-307 from Chief Reynolds to certify a single candidate for promotion without
competition due to receiving one application for promotion to the rank of Police Captain.
2. Conduct Police Officer interviews.
