Call to Order – 5:30 p.m.
1. Roll Call – Present: Dockery, Kincaid, Davis, Downing, Vranovci, Walsh, Zabecki,
Cunningham (virtual). Absent: Sheely
2. Approval of Minutes – Kincaid made motion for approval, Vranovci to second, approved
by all. PRAB Recommendation: 6-0-0.
