1. Call to Order – 5:30 p.m.
2. Roll Call – Present: Dockery, Kincaid, Sheely, Downing, Cunningham, Davis. Absent:
Walsh, Zabecki, Vranovci.
3. Approval of Minutes – Cunningham made motion for approval, Downing to second,
approved by all present. PNRCAAB Motion: 6-0-0.
