Hello Council Members and Mayor
I am wri?ng to let you know I am OPPOSED to this rezoning. We cant handle traffic at rush hour at Old Wire Skillern and
Crossover as it is.
We don't have water infrastructure to support this addi?onal strain that currently suffers low water pressure and breaks.
The proposal is also incompa?ble with and disrup?ve to the surrounding area. Many property abstracts in this area state
a minimum of land per residence and we that live in this area want to keep it that way.
There is plenty of room at Weddington and Rupple area that is located closer to the University and has Infrastructure to
accommodate new subdivisions. The proposal of the Rezoning is not the right place or the right ?me in density for this
area.
