Council Members,
We live at 3845 East Bridgewater Lane. We are opposed to the proposed rezoning at
3179 N. Old Wire Road (RZN-2024-0029.). This proposed rezoning would increase the already congested and dangerous
traffic condi?ons on Old Wire, Skillern, and Crossover Roads. It would also further strain the water infrastructure in this
area, which suffers from low water pressure and waterline leaks. The proposed rezoning is also incompa?ble with and
disrup?ve to the surrounding area. We feel that this is too big a jump in density in this area.
