To Whom It May Concern;
I reside at 3015 E. Joyce Blvd, directly to the north of this property. On June 24, I was impressed by the
research performed by some members of the planning commission regarding this area and the
possibility of rezoning to RSF-8 at 3179 N.Old Wire Rd.. Their research showed what those of us who live
in this area are already aware. This is basically an agricultural region that does not provide the necessary
infrastructure for an additional 100 plus homes. Already congested roadways, inconsistencies with
water supply, no sidewalks or walking access to areas of play for children are just a few of the reasons
this rezoning was voted down by the planning commission unanimously but for one vote. Please respect
their decision and reject this appeal as absolutely nothing has changed. Thank you for your
