To Whom it May Concern:
I am a homeowner on Bridgewater Lane and I strongly oppose this rezoning to develop at least 42 more
homes in this area near Skillern and Crossover. This would congest an already busy area. With the plans
for further development on Joyce just north (ie a new school) of this intersection, I think the traffic and
burden on utilities will be a complete mess to everyone that lives on this side of town.
