To whom it may concern,
I disagree with residents having to submit to urban forestry for permission to build anything larger than 1,200
square feet on their property. This code change discourages infill and promotes sprawl. I am a real estate
developer and my business will not be a?ected by these code changes. The interests of our residents will be
negatively impacted.
