Approval of Minutes – Kincaid made motion for approval, Davis to second, approved by all. PNRCAAB Motion: 8-0-0. 4. Recognize PLD NW Quadrant Funds for park projects in NW Quad: Ted Jack – Davis made a motion to combine NW quad and SE quad motions for approval together. PNRCAAB Motion: 8-0-0. Davis moved to approve combined quadrant use of funds, Cunningham to second. PNRCAAB Motion: 8-0-0. 5. Recognize PLD SE Quadrant Funds for park projects in SE Quad: Ted Jack 6.
