City Council Members
The Park West PZD parcel has been iden?fied in the Faye?eville Climate Ac?on Plan as an area valuable for its poten?al
contribu?on to the City’s Ecosystem and Climate Resilience. The parcel’s proximity to the Wilson Springs Preserve and
Clabber Creek is also a concern. The current re-zoning proposal is for one of the most dense and intense allowed in the
City. But, due to the ecological significance of this parcel, it should be re-zoned for the least dense development possible,
RA (Residen?al-Agriculture).
Thank you
Thomas Brown
