I. Call to Order: B. Park called the meeting to order at 4:01 pm.

A. Discussion Items
1. Approve Budget Adjustment for April 14 fire: Staff are still in the process of
rebuilding the Administration Suite, with furniture, office supplies, etc. being
repurchased. A $100,000 building deductible plus $1,000 content deductible will be
paid out of pocket, with the remainder to be paid from the 2024 Budget. The total
cost is estimated to be $1,040,000, which insurance providers will repay. To
accommodate the movement from the Budget, an Adjustment must be approved. R.
Qualls approved the Budget Adjustment for the April 14 fire. S. Overbey seconded
the motion. All voted AYE.
IV. Public Comment: None
Adjournment: R. Qualls moved to adjourn the meeting. S. Rodgers seconded the motion. The
meeting adjourned at 4:14 pm.
