RKR CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the City of Fayetteville. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Good afternoon all. I'm asking one of you council members that voted against the appeal to make a motion to reconsider this appeal. The reason is not complex. Had I been able to come back to the podium I would have rebutted what I believe to be the main reason the four of you voting against the appeal. That being: the city needed this “line on the map” to protect the right to put this future road in that location if any of my clients or their heirs or buyers decided to develop. That argument makes very good sense if indeed this location is really where the city or anyone else wants this road to go. I don't think any of the four no votes really believed the road should go in this location , but perhaps didn't think about that when they voted. When you put a line on the map and it's a good place to have the road from an environmental, topography, water flow, ease of construction etc. standpoint, then yes I too would vote to keep that line on the map, but not here. I respectfully request reconsideration based on this soul factor. Thanks in advance, RKR Robert Rhoads Shareholder T: 479-973-5202 C: 479-236-1414 E: rrhoads@hallestill.com 75 N.
