Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Hello, I'm again writing to oppose the rezoning of 6.31 acres from RSF-4 to RSF-18 at 3006 N. Old Missouri Rd. Increasing the capacity 4.5 times to 18 units an acre only shows the intent to build apartments. Luxury condos and apartments will not help with affordability in Fayetteville. This area needs single family homes to help combat the housing crisis that you are working to solve. The current condos are already unaffordable for families. A 668 sq ft unit is currently listed at this property for $209,000, $312 a sq ft. Adding apartments to this will not solve affordability. Families need homes to grow in and yards to play in. Please do not let this property be rezoned for apartments. Thank you, Shelton McGaugh 1
