1. Call to Order:
a. Roll Call
b. New members – new member introduction
2. Approval of Meeting Minutes—The minutes are Video Archived. The committee approved the
previous month's meeting motions.
a. We have to approve the motion that Carlo Bertani- Chair, and Tas as Co-Chair

3. Urban Forestry Management Plan Status and Discussion- Status and issues
4. Development Projects – Pine Hollow Subdivision
a. Larger Building Footprints at Grading Permit Review
5. Spring Programs-
a. Hiking with Forester – First one went great! Turn out was good. We are trying to schedule
the next one for Gregory Park.
b. Invasive bounty Invasive Bounty-Give Away starts on April 10,
i. The plant list has been announced, and I am scheduling the giveaways.
1. We had 58 participants; last year, we had 62.

c. c. Arbor Day went well. We gave away 100 trees fast. The public wants more ornamental
trees. Next year, we can do the same event but bump it up a little. It was a good turnout,
and it worked well together.
d. Amazing Tree – I need to order a plaque and place it on a cool stone nearby.
e. Earth Day
i. Marion Orton Center - Saturday, April 20th
ii. BGO giveaway- Sunday, Earth Day at the BGO, 3-6 pm.
iii. BGO kids classes two days
6. Code Changes – Follow Up and New status on changing Minimum sized lots. Melissa
a. To Hit minimums – Nothing from the staff.
b. Add Tree Preservation to the 1200-6000 sf rules – Staff is working on it for Planning
Commission review
c. Construction fines - Nothing from staff
7. 2024 Projects- Spring
a. Disc Golf Course – Meeting with sub to get started
b. Steamboat Lane- Should be started anytime
c. New Site- Spring
d. Pilot program- HOA
e. Donation Trees: four are planted. Three are for Richard Campbell and one is for Richard
Price.
