AGENDA SESSION – JANUARY 11, 2024, 5:00 PM
I. Call to Order
The Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners Agenda Session was called to order on
Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 5pm via Zoom
II. Roll Call
Commissioners Moore, Woods, Humphrey, and Terry were present, along with Executive Director
Sherburne.
Commissioner Cole was not present.
III. Approval of the Agenda The Agenda was unanimously approved as amended
IV. Action Item
A. Old Business: Executive director evaluation update
Chair Terry reviewed the email from the FHA’s HR consultant (TPC). They sent a self-assessment
for Executive Director Sherburne to complete and send to the Board, who will review it and
discuss with him in executive session at the next regular meeting on January 25th.
Executive Director Sherburne reviewed the process for the staff and the options for the
executive director assessment. Chair Terry asked Commissioner Moore for input- she
recommended going forward with the self-assessment and adding 360, which would solicit
feedback from the Director of Programs and Director of Finance. Both commissioners Humphrey
and Wood agree that adding 360 would lead to more feedback.
Chair Terry recommended the following process: Executive Director Sherburne completes a self-
assessment that is sent to the Board for review. Chair Terry will send an email to the Director of
Programs and Director of Finance to complete a form for feedback on Executive Director
Sherburne’s performance. All documents would be completed three days before the meeting on
the 25th for Board members to review and be ready to discuss during executive session on
January 25th.
V. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 5:26 pm.
