SPECIAL SESSION – NOVEMBER 6, 2023, 12:00 PM
I. Call to Order
The Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners Special Session regarding quitclaim deed
to FHA Development for vacated Willow Avenue was called to order on Thursday, November 6th
2023 at 12pm via Zoom
II. Roll Call
Commissioners Terry, Moore, and Humphrey were present, as well as Executive Director Sherburne
and members of the public.
III. Approval of the Agenda: The agenda for today’s special session was unanimously approved.
IV. Special Business:
A. Executive Director Sherburne reviewed Resolution 1294: Grant Quitclaim Deed to FHA
Development, Inc. for Vacated Willow Avenue. A motion was made to approve the resolution,
the motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
V. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 12:10 pm.
