AGENDA SESSION – DECEMBER 14, 2023, 5:00 PM
I. Call to Order
The Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners Agenda Session was called to order on
Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 5pm via Zoom
II. Roll Call
Commissioners Terry, Humphry, and Moore were present, forming quorum. Also present was
Executive Director Sherburne. Commissioners Cole and Wood were not present
III. Approval of the Agenda The agenda was approved as amended, unanimously.
IV. Action Item
A. Resolution 1298 – Write off assets listed on Statement of land, structures, & equipment
belonging to PHAS 01, 05, 07.
Executive Director Sherburne reviewed the current statement, most of it listing equipment no
longer in use. The motion was made to approve the resolution. The motion was seconded and
approved unanimously.
B. Update: Executive Director Evaluation.
Chair Terry will be meeting with the HR point of contact to review appropriate types of
evaluation for Executive Director Sherburne. Commissioner Humphry suggested asking about
salary adjustment.
V. Final Comments & Announcements
Chair Terry opened discussion on moving the December Monthly Session date from the 28th due to
the holidays. The meeting has been moved to December 21st.
Commissioner Moore reopened discussion regarding the meeting with TPC. Chair Terry will invite
them to the next meeting to allow for clarity regarding the options for evaluation.
VI. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 5:33 pm.
