OLD MISSOURI RD./OLD MISSOURI LAND DEVELOPMENT LLC, 253 & 254) CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the City of Fayetteville. Hello, I am writing to comment on the proposed rezoning of 6.31 acres from RSF-4 to RSF-18 at 3006 N. Old Missouri Rd. I feel that increasing the potential capacity of the land 4.5 times will cause entirely too much traffic on the already crowded roads in this area. Even with the proposed improvements on Rolling HIlls from the 2019 bond, there will still only be two lanes. That type of infill will drastically increase traffic in an already strained area. It will also cause more traffic near the school system, which I think is unsafe for children and unfair to parents. There is a reason this entire area has been zoned as single family residential for decades, because that's what makes sense for the current infrastructure and traffic flow. The planned neighborhood link will only excasborate the aforementioned problems. Please think about the current and future citizens of ward 3 when making a decision on this topic. I am unable to attend but am happy to follow up accordingly. Thank you, Shelton McGaugh 1
